This is the first episode in our new series 'Back in the Box'. This is a continuation of our Community Connect podcasts, getting to know the members and the Coaches at CrossFit Portsea Island. This time I speak with one of the newest members of the coaching team, Rhys Chellew. We talk about his experience of becoming a CrossFit trainer, and starting a new job, geting married and having a baby on the way all during lockdown, as well as getting back in the box, and what the future holds for him and his family.
